Angry warhawk block

my engine builder has given me the bad news .A blown head gasket(sce titan were used) .On further investigation once the heads were removed we noticed that the liners have sunk down resulting in the head gaskets to fail.My application is vortech boosted and still in tuning phase made 850 rear wheel hp through 4l80e auto. my question is with all this hype about this block why has the liners failed and what should be done to corect this defect.

Thanks For Reply, yes I Spoke To Rep From World ! There Reply Was Its The First Issue They Herd Of. Im Not An Engine Builder But What I Say Is That I Have Waited 9 Months For A Product That I Expected Would Be Worth The Wait Due To The Same Gasket Issues With The Ls1 I Had. Its Up To My Engine Builder To Pursue The Problem With His Supplier . My Goal Is To Reach 1000 Rwh With Auto 4l80e . Has Any One Had The Same Issues And What Do I Need To Do To Address This Problem. Do You Re Face The Block ,then Make The Difference With The Head Gasket? By Using A Thicker Gasket Does This Have Issues. Gaskets Used Were Sce Titan Copper .

I would deck the block for the difference and make it up with a thicker head gasket. If you get a new block, I'll take your junk one.
