Default battery in the rear= blown fuse

Hey guys, I have my battery relocated to the spare tire area and it has blown the inline fuse. What do you think it could be? I dont think its grounding out but its the only thing i could think of. What else could it be/ thanks guys. Charles

Easy way to check if it's grounding out, take the leads off the battery, and test the resistance from the power lead to ground. If it's a deal short (or very low resistance) then you have a short.

What was the fuse rated for?

does it blow immediately or when you try to start? If immediate, its in the wiring...grounded out somewhere most likely, if when starting, the fuze may not be big enough to handle the current draw of the starter
