I bit the bullet and ordered a set of front HAL QA1 R shocks with 325lb. springs. I did a search and i could not find anything on where most people are having the best luck on which setting for the front shocks,i was told from 3-6 is the best. Where should i start out the next time i head to the track?

Also when i adjust the ride height where i want it,will the ride height affect the shock settings any when i start playing with them? I would not think so but i have yet to try a set of these shocks.
