Default Backseat Storage

I figured most of you guys probably don't have backseats so this would be a good forum to ask the question. I recently took my leather backseat out and want to keep it in as good a condition as I can. I was thinking about putting Lexol (leather conditioner) on it, putting a couple of big plastic bags around it and throwing it in the basement. Any chance of mildow or anything messing the leather up? thanks

Default Re: Backseat Storage

If you put the leather conditioner on it and store in a place where there is not much variation in temperature such as a house--then the leather seat will last a long time--but kept in a garage which gets hot, humid, etc., then the leather will deteriorate over time.
