Default Taller tires = more or less RPM in shift points?

I'm going to go with 27"x11.5 QTP's.

Will the 1" taller tire make my shift points higher or lower in RPM?

More or less MPH at the big end?

The shift points will basically be the same (although the increased load to the converter could theoretically make the RPM slightly higher).

Your finish line RPM will be noticably lower.

yes, if your old tire setup was optimal. what gear and what do you trap MPH/RPM?
