Default tallest bias ply with out mini tubbing

looking at options for a et street stiff sidewall tire that will fit in with out mini tubbing.... i was hoping to be able to fit a 30" tall bias ply or at least a 29" et street in with out having to mini tub.. i dont mind hacking up the fenders a little just dont feel like doing much more... i dont need any thing wider than a 10.5" tread

what are you guys able to fit?

you can fit a 30'' tire. check out the hoosier radial slick. I know a lot of guys love those. It comes in a 30x9 and a 30x10.5

i'd like to see some pics of a 30" tall tire fitted in a 4th gen fbody if any one has them... i know they will also grow at the far end also maybe need an extra 1.5" of clearance all the way around....

Once you go over 28's, you have to cut a lot of metal and plastic, and I don't like how that looks. I think Hoosier makes a narrow 29.5 that might not require as much cutting.

You don't need more than a 28x10.5 stiff sidewall anyway, folks run low 8's with those.
