strong numbers.

i assume this CTS V has the LSA supercharged engine.

are the lower numbers for stock CTS V?

and the higher numbers are for tuned CTS V with no other mods?

That TVS blower is incredible. It has massive low end torque like a roots blower, but unlike a roots blower, it keeps pulling at higher rpm just like a centrifical blower.

I'm with Abdullah in wondering what caused the ~40hp jump and ~30 tq drop between the two runs? I wouldn't think a tune would cause such a loss in torque.

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm an idiot. The way my browser compressed the image it looked like the numbers were swapped. That's some massive torque that just stays there throughout the powerband, looks like a fun ride.

Also interested if that was the tune before and after. Great numbers either way, but arn't those rated at 550hp? So it's losing almost a 100hp to the ground? Damn

Dont the new CTS-Vs come in an auto only?

If thats the case, then losing almost 100 to the ground through a heavy auto tranny and rear end isnt not "unusual."

You can get it with a Tremec TR 6060 (MAN) or Hydramatic 6L90E (AUTO).

Hey guys, the difference was a tune. They are somewhat simular to ZR-1's when it comes to tuning and look like a solid 30-40 rwhp gains are pretty easy even though the AFR isn't quite that bad stock.

This was a auto car.

Even if it was a manual that would seem right to me. If its losing 100hp thats 18% drivetrain (sp?) loss which is par for the course.
