Default Want trq in a H/C 346? See results

Here are the results of a very streetable setup without huge cams or too much overlap.

cam is 230/228 .612/.588 110-1 LSA

Not bad for a retarded setup

Thank you rmtt

Not too shabby. Reverse splits do fairly well with a good exhaust setup and some compression.

Was this a Comp grind?

59cc chambers is not 11:1, more like 11.5:1 depending on gaskets.

This is a damn good result with that reverse split...You should start to sell your own cam series PredZ..How much for this cam?!

If I was back home in the US, I would. That is in the plans to keep me busy.
Nothing like a little shop to get parts at cost price

U will never convince me that a reverse grind cam will carry power. Reverse grinds are band-aids to a setup that has issues someone has yet to find...Intake restriction, exhaust restriction etc. Find those with a normal split cam or square cam and it will make more power then reverse grinds. Keep continuing the band-aids...its making someone cheap money.

It's my car.

I had more peak HP/Tq, way more hp/tq under the curve, and mine carried longer than most of the cars that have been on the same dyno with traditional split cams (larger than mine) and name brand aftermarket heads. I know because we overlayed the graphs.

I think it carried just fine for how far we spun the engine. The graph is proof. I personally don't see my setup as having an issue.

You probably aren't going over the car with a fine tooth comb either. I could go on and on but Ill save it for the technical people who understand whats really going on in an engine when you run into an airflow wall or an exhaust wall on the dyno and how to find it with some tweaks in a tune.
