WOW! I am wrapping up my LQ4 motor build. 5.3 heads with 56cc ( yes 56cc) CNC'd by Lingenfelter. 230/236 cam. FAST 92/92. Kooks, full exhaust. Somewhere around 11.5 CR.
I would LOVE those numbers. I just blew my 12 bolt apart last Friday. Those are some very nice numbers. Awesome TQ. Bet she pulls crazy.

Are the internals stock on your LQ4? If so, how are you getting 11.5 CR?

I dont think so. The A/F is good to go. Its just a torque spike. The comp looses signal for a split second causing the spike. He was having some difficulties with it all day.

Looks like 445rwhp and ~ 415>418 wtq, still good numbers, good average trq, look at 2000>2500 rpm, it should pull hard.
Still have cats on it? If so that's a few ponies and trq.

With about 10* overlap that is a bottle neck and you are not helping nature, you are just choking your motor. Those will clog in no time.
If you are measuring AFR after cats, your motor is actualy running ~ (0.5) richer than indicated by the wideband and you are running rich.
This just compounds to the situation.
All I'm trying to say is there is actualy more in your combo
From my experience with similar duration and LSA cams you should be around 460+ rwhp and 425+ rwtq.
