03 c5 zo6 with Boost
Well me and my friend just got done working on his 03 zo6 his mods are monster clutch level 3,level 5 RPM trans, rev 95mm TB, 100mm mass, borla exhaust, stock manifolds and cats, 60lb injectors ,boost a pump, Kenne Bell 2.6. The mods were a little harder to put in then I thought. But were well worth it in the END.
TJ over at Baker did the tune, nice group of guys over there. By the time he was done we walked out with 539 hp and 479 tq at 8psi. I think it made 420tq at 2200 rpm.
Hope fully TJ can chime in and post a graph and tell everyone where everything is set at. I have a feeling they will be seeing some of the cars that roll around GR . Once again Thank you Baker and TJ FOR A SWEET TUNE. SHAWN

What's the full list of mods though ?? (headers, cat back and anything else not mentioned) I like his choice in tb's. Did you guys have any problems with the tb not closing all the way ?? I must've had an early mode. Had to send it back to Terry Lewis at Rev. He fixed it and sent it back and she worked perfectly. Be careful with that big *** tb, a little bit on a 95mm is like 1/2 throttle on a 90. Well not exactly but you get the pic. The 95 flows a ton more then the stock 90's. Again good job.

That sucks about the tb reving to 3000. Hmm, only thing is mine would hold 3000, it never came back down until Tracy at Rev modded it. I guess I had an early model.
How would that sucker respond to 1 7/8 headers ?? Probably lose some boost but gain overall.

Yea it would more then likely drop some psi and make more power. I think he is pretty happy with it for now, gonna let his wallet take a breath of fresh air. The car is set up to do road racing, dragracing, and daily driver it very well mannered. He painted it flat black with weld evo?rims powder coated black. I might have a pic on my cell I can post up.

The flat black isn't exactly my cup of tea, but you can't argue with someone elses taste. Its his car. I do like that all black look now that I've seen it a few times. I prefer that glossy black with shiny chrome wheels.
Either way Its a nice setup for what you said its for. Drag, Auto X, and DD. Is a forged shorty in his future so he can turn up the boost ??

That pic sucks!! I will see about getting some real ones lol. The car looks way better in person. I thought the same thing and then when we put those rims on yesterday I was like wow, much better. I like the glossy black look with chrome rims to but on this car it drew all the attention away from it. Either way you go it is still a Bitch to keep clean.
Yea it will get a forged short block all aluminum something.

I hear ya bro. Black cars have always been a detailers nightmare. I plan on giving my black car the claybar treatment to try to remove all the road grime etc that has built up on her over the last 9 years. Then apply a very nice wax, and buff that **** off. I want the car to look good for my trip this summer. Going to be plenty of photos taken, especially after the new installs are done.
I'll pm you the real info.

TJ tuned my old trans am a couple years ago. we had some problems caused by the previous mail order tune i had but after he figured it out the car flew. I even caught up with him at us131 motorsports park on a midnight madness/test n tune event after he tuned my car, he hooked up his laptop in my car and data loged a run down the track to make sure everything was good.
