Default Vengeance ported F.A.S.T. 92 + NW TB

So I got my car dyno'd yesterday morning after the FAST/Nick Williams TB install.

My car is a 2002 SS Camaro, mods are as follows:

224/224 .581 .581 @114
Patriot Stg. II 59cc ls6 heads with dual patriot springs
Ebay UD pulley
Kooks headers
SLP lid/maf
Moser 12 bolt 3:73's

Made 399.8 and 365 ft lbs with that.

Put on the FAST set up and got it back on the dyno and pulled 423.7 HP and 391 ft lbs.

The car feels amazing, it makes 20 ft lbs more torque through the whole power band.

I took it out to sac raceway where I have a trapped a best of 117 when I had my 10 bolt in. And recently ran an 11.9 at 116(which is what I usually trap). I trapped 120 mph with a slipping clutch. Can't wait to get a new clutch in and see what I can do!

Matt

Awesome results brother. Looks like Ron knows what he's doing when porting the fast intakes. BTW he did mine too.

Got a graph ?

Real nice results. Who says that a FAST kills low end torque???? I know I picked up torque from 2500-redline.

You are lucky, mine only picked up 17rwhp and 10rwtq from 5000-6400...Nothing under 4500..

It was a Vengeance 92mm ported with NW TB. So I'm back to more modding now...

OP are you A4? Mustang dyno? Just curious cause I'm running damn near the same setup except I have pacesetters, no UD pulley, 9 inch and an LS6 intake but we are making the same numbers.

Who knows could be dyno variances. Get it to the track and see if you really gained much!

Ive been toying with the idea of getting one of these but on average with smaller (224) duration cams the fast just doesn't show much improvement over the LS6 (except for some really bizarre cases). Hope you see good gains at the track!

Excellent gains! Can't get any better than gains that are backed up at the track!

Our combo are similar with mine being on a Z06 and yours on a SS. You have better heads but my cam is larger. Our numbers are almost the same mine were 425.15 and 384.16. Mine does weigh about 500-600 lbs less. Did Vengence do your tune also?

I would have expected more power from a ported Fast.

What was your MAP reading at the upper end of your pulls?

I went from a 116 trap speed at the track to 120. Not sure how I got that big of a jump but it's a beautiful thing!

I will get graph pics up momentarily

It is an M6 car and it was a Dyno Dynamics dyno

tuned by Keith at Force Fed Performance.
