Default AFR Milled 205's, G5X2, Kooks, Fast ported/NW90

Well here's my set up:
347 LS6 block with forged pistons, rebuilt 500 miles ago
AFR 205 heads Milled 30 thousandths w/cometic gaskets
G5X2 cam on a 114lsa, ASP Pulley
Ported fast 90mm intake with a NW 90mm TB
SVO 30lb injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump
85mm MAF. FTRA, LID
LS4 Oil Pump
Kooks LT headers with Cats
SLP dual/dual exhaust with a Magnaflow Muffler.
Car made 458rwhp and 403rwt. Tuner took the ac belt off and it pulled 470rwhp but torque stayed at 403. My oil pressure goes to 100psi at wot I'm not too worried about it but does kinda freak me out seeing it get that high on my AEM digital gauge, makes me a lil gun shy about getting on it. I really wanted to try to hit around 460's to 470 rwhp and I wish the torque were a lil higher but the car does run amazing and I'm very happy with how it drives. Any suggestions on how to get to the 470's. Guys at the shop think if I lose the cats and switch to a better exhaust then it's possible but just don't like the loudness of a catless car.

You could try the new Fast toys performance 100mm lid and maf. Also I don't see that you listed a pulley? Taking off the cats might help too. Nice numbers anyways tho.

Yeah, loose the cats and you will be close to 470. Nice #'s!!

Check my sig, I made 436/396 with AFR205's (62cc), LS6 Intake, MLS gaskets, stock shortblock, with a Tsunami Cam.

I knew I forgot a mod. I do have a pulley on there, gonna add that up there. Thanks for the advice guys. Yeah far as the psi it's normal at normal driving conditions but as you get on it , it goes up all the way to 100psi. So are the 100mm lids proven hp? Haven't really read anything on them.

Where would you like the horses to benefit you? on the dyno or on the road?
If on the road then invest into some kind of fresh air system to bring more air into your existing box lowering your IATs as well. Also yes the cats will free a few ponies.

you can gain 10rwhp by going to a better ram air setup like predator mentioned...it wont show on the dyno unless you have a 100mph fan in front of the car...pulley, !cats, get a quiter exhaust with a cutout if the noise bothers you with an ORY...

Back in the 346 era of my car with fast 78 mm, afr 205's 59cc, g5x3 cam, ud pully, ewp, 1 3/4 lg pros, vararam cai I put down 457 rwhp, 417 rwtq. The x3 is slightly larger then the x2. What is your compression ?? I was pushing 11.5 to 1 to get the torque I did. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions about my old setup. I say your numbers are pretty stout. Who ported the FAST intake? Was it matched to your heads ??

Try a cut out for power when you want it.

Well I'd like to get the hp on the dyno and on the road. It was dynoed on a dyno jet dyno. The heads are 58cc and the compression is 11:2 to1. Fast was ported by Mamo I believe, if not him then Vengence. I got it used. Here's the graph from the pull without the AC belt on.

Very simular to my setup and numbers. I just gained + 12.43 rwhp + 1.07 rwtq over a year ago going MAFless with a 4 inch OTRCAI. If we can't dial in the speed density tune I'll fall back to a 100mm MAF

on my old 346ci,m6 car had AFR 205 heads 59cc,g5x3 cam non ported fast 90mm,85mm massair, asp pulley, wisper stock size lid, kook 1 3/4 w/off roads & open cutout,12 bolt w/4.11's. walbro 255 pump, stock injectors. I made on a mustang dyno 463hp 414tq. if I ported the fast I mught of got 470-473hp. No tricks everything hooked up. So I had the g5x2 cam and the x3 cam,the x3 was the best for power, you will gain swapping to it. loose the cats, get an electric cutout and the fast toys new lid may get you a few also. goodluck to ya. forgot my 3,700lbs w/me in it ran 11.1@123 to 125mph depending on weather n/a. goodluck to ya. he only removed the A.C belt and gained that much?

Geez can you post the graph with the belt on? That thing looks like a Centrifugal blower power curve peaking at redline like that.

Add a cutout if you don't have one. And a bit more timing could up the torque. Also you can add alc/meth injection to any car even NA cars and then you could up timing and gain some also.
