I'd look into a head swap and some quality 1 3/4's headers. The LS6 intake isn't too bad of a piece. Don't get me wrong, a 90/90 or 92/92 would be a great addition but I think the cam/head selection need to be thought out and put together as a COMBO.

Thanks for the input. I agree that the ideal situation would be some better heads and a matched cam, but I'm trying to get all I can from the missing bolt on items before I go too deep into it. Just trying to find out if the better bolt ons, more agressive cam and valve springs could net me 50-60rwhp....?

Headers will help and of course a more stable valve train (based off of the graph you posted, looks like some serious float and it never 'peaked') will allow for some better/safer numbers. As far as the cam is concerned, I honestly don't think their is much to gain? Essentially, you're limited by the heads and intake at this point, IMHO. I mean, why throw a bigger cam at an already "mis-matched" setup?

Definitely replace or look into your valve train and take care of that first and foremost.

Are the Patriot Stage 2's not a capable enough head for the goals he has in mind?

I've seen ported stockers put down better number.... Wouldn't think the Stage 2's would have any issue with it.
