That will continue to be a fun project, as you can add stuff as you go and keep making more hp.

That is a pretty mild cam for a 418. Any bucking and surging can totally be eliminated with a better tune. The equivalent cam in an LS1 would be around a 228/236 114LSA so you don't have a monster cam by any means.

A ported FAST with a 92-96mm TB would add around 25-30rwhp and 1 7/8" headers would add at least 10rwhp, maybe even 20. So basically, with a better tune and the mods you plan on getting, you would easily meet your power goals. My advise, find a better tuner if they can't tame that baby cam. Also, your catback could probably use some work if it's hurting you 35rwhp when closed.

I dont think any stroker is a good idea with the LS6 intake. and youre still on the stock MAF! I thought you should have gotten more torque out of this but the LT exhaust is really hurting too I guess.

hmmm but there is no screen or the center section of the stock maf it`s almost straight through now with the plastic ends

oh and this is the third tuner I try ^_^ first tuner on my old cam only 224 224 114 was surging

the second couldn`t tune the car (didn`t find the problem wich was the fuel pump)

the third tuner is very good and supposedly street drove it and tuned it (that was the deal but I wasn`t there)
