Default CalSpeed LQ9 6.0/4l60e Silverado goes 475 rwhp on mustang dyno

Another solid combo that we've been doing in alot of customers trucks lately.

Final Dyno #: 475 rwhp, 415 rwtq on Mustang 1100SE chassid dyno (Eddy current loaded to trucks weight)

Vehicle:
04 Silverado (SCSB) -

Engine Combo:
-Swapped from 5.3l to stock shortblock LQ9 6.0 /w ARP Rod Bolts
-CNC 5.3L Cylinder Heads /w Double Springs, Stainless Valves, 62cc (Standard $1250 cylinder head), hand finished
-(23x/23x camshaft, 111 LSA)
-ARP head studs, Standard GM MLS Gaskets, Stock rockers, melling oil pump, ls2 chain,
-Pacesetter Longtubes /w 3" Y-pipe to electric cutout (Stock catback)
-CalSpeed (CSP) ported FAST intake / LS2 throttle body
-1320 Motorsports FatBoy Cold Air Intake
-42lb injectors
-CSP Dyno tuned
-Stock 20" GM LTZ Wheels/tires
-3.73 gears, Yank SS3600 Converter (Locked), 4l60e (shiftkit/servos)
-Race Short Belt for track P/S bypass, underdrive pulley

475 rwhp S@ 6400 rpm, holding 470 rwhp till 6600, 415 rwtq
#'s were SAE corrected. Uncorrected # was less than 1 hp difference (474 rwhp) as it was a very nice 65 degrees outside during dyno pulls)

Converter locked, 28 deg timing, 91 octane,

Great set up for sure! I'm curious how all that power will be harnessed on the street...any rear suspension mods for traction?

Very nice! How would that thing react to some L92's compared to those CNC 5.3 heads?

How did you find the weight of the truck, and why bypass the power steering just for the dyno?
