Default Stock bottom end LS7 goes 621/534... Graph inside

For complete details on the build/previous results check out this post...

http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/dynamo...ts-inside.html

After making 595/528 to the tires with CNC ported cylinder heads we upped the ante one more time!!

Adding an RPS Billet Carbon Twin Disc and an ATI 10% underdrive Dampner we netted 621RWHP/534RWTQ!!!! Not too shabby for a stock bottom end LS7!!!

Great info. Is the RPS setup lighter than what was on the car? Thanks for test results.

IIRC the rps setup shaves close to 30lbs off of the rotating assembly

Awesome results. Bet the tune had to be tweaked quite a bit to keep the motor from dying at clutch-in compared to the previous tune. Light flywheels and clutches are great for performance but they can be a bear to tame on the street. Major props to Vengeance on another impressive build.

The tune did require quite a bit of work to get drivability back after taking so much rotating mass off of the engine...

We are very happy with the results so far

My car could definitely use some tweaking here. I'm not going to bother though since I'm about to put a turbo on. The fact that you were able to tune out all the problems with all the work done on that engine is impressive. Well done

on a c6 z06 is pretty basic to be honest.... add some timing in the idle coastdown table and some idle airflow in the higher rpm regions to bring the motor slower to idle and that is really about it.... i have tuned quite a few of these combos with great success
