Default 383 stroker numbers

well guys i finally got my motor built and dynoed 437RWHP 419RWTQ numbers are what i expected but not what it should be. I have a few things i need to do and hopefully i will be able to reach the 450 mark. kooks LT's, ORY and loudmouth no resonator = Holy SH*T loud lol

my 383 made 446/424 first tune with tfs225, 11.5cr donkey cam, fast 102/102 full exhause, after brush up it made 456/428 through an s60 m6. the cam peaked at 5800 due to valve issues which will be soon fixed. I do not think you are that far off. I guess 383's dont make much more than 347. I would guess the heads and catback are holding you back, based on what I have asked recently

i still have my 7.5" sadly im hoping a Fast Toys lid and MAFS, underdive pulley, and E-cutouts will get me to 450

Seems low to me. Your hp is the amount of torque I make on my 383 through a auto with 241 heads.

seems a lil low to me as well^^^ i made 438/403 at tires on stock bottomend 346 h/c boltons through ss4000 yank 4l60e and 3.73 gears

well i know that being an automatic it's not a dyno queen. it feels real good 106 more hP from my old 346 so im pretty satisfied

I think your numbers are about right, they are at par with mine. Only differenece betwen yours and mine is that you're an automatic and I'm a M6 but I also have a 12bolt so it evens us out overall. I think the 5.3 heads of ours is our limiting factor.

mine made 400/401 with the stock ls1 heads so im happy
