I didn't get unlocked #s this time, but it is probably in the 480-490hp range unlocked.
The 525 hp 485 tq was the final of 3 pulls. It did 517 first pull and 520 second pull.

There is also about a 12hp difference w/the cutout open compared to closed.

Looks like a nice low 10 second daily driver.

Interesting, my girlfriend has a LS3 427 with the same heads, Cam specs are the same on duration, 1 7/8 headers to a Y and over the axle, about the same compression, but she has a 12 bolt with 3:73's.

With a locked converter she made 533/4XX. Her best ET was a 10.66 with a 1.44 60'. Her race weight was 3690.

My question, are the extra cubes worth the 8 rwhp plus whatever the difference between the 10 and 12 bolt?

Raysadude - Yes. Brett tuned the car.
Spellbound - Not sure. But her LS3 weighs less and still makes more power than my 408.
Jimbo1367 - Thanks - I am getting used to the torque. The LS1 didn't have near the torque

Low 10s will be easy if the 10bolt will hold

I researched for months on heads. AFR, TFS and PRC 237cc were my top 3. All for different reasons.
