Thumbs up Dyno numbers Widow-R / Texas-Speed PRC LS7 heads / Fast 102 / Boltons 600+rwhp N/A

What's up guys !!!

Last night we finished tuning an amazing N/A setup
it actually the most powerful ZO6 I've ever build

07 C6ZO6 about 15k on it stock LS7 bottomend
Mods:

Vararam CAI.
Kooks 1.7/8 headers ORX.
Borla Stingers catback.
(Made 501rwhp 474rwtq with these mods with our tune)

after that we added these parts:

Black Widow-R camshaft from the man Carlos (THANKS Amigo
I believe from what Carlos told me this is the new aggressive version..

Texas-Speed PRC Ported LS7 heads milled to 68cc
(Huge Thanks to everyone at TSP for amazing heads , fast shipping and great prices like always..

Fast 102mm Intake untouched.
NW 102mm TB.
Fast Fuel Rails.
Spec Twin disc clutch (pedal feels very heavy for some reason I don't like how the car drives but hold the power like a champ.
NX Nitrous system
Tuned by Husam Tayib @ MC-Performance in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia
and did an amazing work.

N/A Numbers 603rwhp 539rwtq 91octane 90F
125shot 725rwhp 690rwtq on 109VP Fuel

The car pulls like a freaking train in all gears 1st and 2nd are worthelss even with Hoosier (about a year old though) NTO5R tires coming next week hope it will be much better....

What I love about the setup is that is still drives great very little surging at low RPM's ...
I hate the Borla though it will blow your ears off if you drive 60-70mph in 6th.

Huge Thanks to everyone at Texas-Speed (Trevor )
Carlos my man for great camshaft
Seth at HinsonSupercars for all the help
Our tuner Husam
Our mechanic/friend for the clean instllation.

and myself for choosing this setup

I'll try to get some pics and vids...

Sam.

Vids??? Graphs?

Do you have a separate fuel cell for the nitrous? Do you remember the CR @ 68cc's?

Have you considered going with a Mcleod RXT? Or maybe one of the RPS twins? The SPEC clutches have been known (at least the ones I've driven in various cars) to have a heavy pedal. And, they just never seem to hold any power but again, that is my experience.

Get a vid up buddy... I want to see this car in action!

Vids and graph will be posted very soon.
We didnt use separate fuel cell we're only running 109VP fuel with the nitrous
I dont remember the jets sizes but A/F ratio was a perfect 11.9 - 12.1 on the nitrous with the same N/A timing.

Compression is around 11:5
I totally agree with you about the Spec clutch I didnt order it for him and it wasnt my choice he found the clutch locally after he fried his stock LS7 clutch..

My choice would've been RPS or RXT or maybe even Ram twin disc (I had great experience with this clutch on 700+rwhp cars..

Dam good impressive results!
What are they spinning it to?
I bet it will pick up a good chunk more with ewp, ported fast and perhaps twin cutouts and updated tune. Plus make that 125 to a good ole 150 hit. And maybe sneak in 200 hit.
On the race gas

Thanks..
If I'm not mistaken the car made peak power 6400-6500rpm car pulls easy to 7100rpm..
I agree the car still have some stuff left on the table ported intake, EWP , bigger headers maybe we'll see 620-625rwhp

I'll have to check with the tuner on that but If I'm not mistaken it was low 20's

Thanks.
