Default Cam Install Results

First off, I want to say thanks to Ryan @ RPM NC for answering my questions and helping me out, and everybody at the shop for the quick and smooth process.

I wanted a cam that had good DD characteristics, a nice idle sound, and wanted to hit 400hp/400tq. I know I know, don't get hung up on numbers, those were just what I wanted to hit if possible. I asked Pat G for a custom spec, and was given 226/230 .598/.609" 110LSA +4 and told 400tq is hard to hit with stock heads, but this would give me the best shot at it. Completely understandable, wasn't expecting those numbers exactly.

Graph is below. Nice even power curve and solid power. I personally was hoping to make a bit more power, specifically torque. Like I said, it does sound good and does run good however, so can't say I'm disappointed. Now I'll have to get it to the track and try not breaking my 10 bolt..lol.
