So I have a 98 ls1 that I am swapping into a 1998 240sx, but before I do I want to go through it with a small cam(224/224 114) ls6 intake, ported 5.3 heads, and the usual oil pump upgrade while rebuilding an engine, stock internals. Is 400 whp a realistic goal? also I will probably be running e85, there is a station next to my house and my work.

Also side note, I will be running a 4l60e with a 3500 stall.

You should make that number relatively easily, even with the aftermarket stall.

I'm sure with those heads you should reach 400 at least. Thunder racing got 398whp on a full bolt on ls1 with stock 241 heads. I have the same cam in mine
