Default help me meet my goal!

ok i have a 415 stroker with ls3 heads and a 236 248 cam, 11.5 comp
stock ls3 intake 102 air lid and 100 tsp maf 1 3/4 headers with dumps mail ordered tune ran 10.83 at 128.07mph would like to run 132mph! 3400 race weight

i need about 40 more hp to meet my goal is the headers and intake the weakest point mabe the tune {let me know what you think please!}

Try some e cutouts. Its always worth a few more horses on the dyno.

1 7/8 headers, good for probably 10-20hp

Oh and a dyno tune for sure. Just saw you had a mail order tune, those suck in most cases, get a real tune and thats another 10-20

1 7/8 headers, ported intake manifold/TB, dynotune.

with those cubes I would go with a 2" header or at minimum a 1 7/8-2" stepped. Dont think you can put too big a header on a LSx motor myself. 2" header with 3.5" collector and dumps would probably get you 2-3mph or 20+whp

IMO if you swapped to a fast 102 (20whp) or ideally a single plane and 4150TB (30whp) you would easily make your goal

He nailed it, use the LSX intake and the larger headers and you'll net over 50+!
