AFR 225 to PRC 247 Swap= WOW!!!
A little history on my car. After the 347 went boom I went with a LME 402. It first started with an unported FAST 90/90, AFR 225 68cc, KOOKS 1 3/4 that got me 475/438. A couple of yrs later I decided to go the Scorpion 4150/Super Vic, TSP 1 7/8 headers, EPS Cam. That got me 502/461. Figured these AFR 225's had run their course. I was thinking maybe these PRC 247 were a bit much for my setup. Maybe the PRC 237 or the AFR 230 were a better fit. Talked to the guys at TSP and Tony Mamo about the PRC 247's & AFR's 245. Both said to go for it. Price difference did play a part. So I went with the PRC's. Went to visit my friend Patrick "g" Guerra to work his magic and came home with 545/481 thru a locked A4. A gain of 40+hp from a head swap. Every tune was speed density. Say what u may, ect...... Hope Patrick sees this and will post the dyno. Just wanted to put it out there.......

The cam is from EPS 244/258 .647/.647 111+4. From the advise I got from TSP & Mamo was that the PRC 247 or AFR 245 were a better fit for the Super Vic and if I had the FAST 102, they suggested the PRC 237 or AFR 230 would have been more ideal............

My gains going from an AFR 225 with a 245/260 to a PRC 237 with 254/260 are a little hard to compare since the following changes were also made.
EWP was swapped off and manual pump was put on when I went to the PRC's
Went from a 80e to a glide
Compression went from 11-1 to 12.8-1
But power went from 469rwhp unlocked with the 80e to 546rwhp With the 5 changes mentioned.
