Default Dyno'd the TA- 444/405 and 561/549

Got the ol' TA on the dyno today, the local Pep Boys had a show going on and they had a Dynojet Mobile Dyno brought in. Figured I'd get some baselines in before I rework the tune and play with my kit some more. Car is a 2000 Trans Am with LQ4 swap, ported 241's, Pat G spec'd Nitrous Cam, VR Ported Fast 90/90, FMS 36lb injectors, 1 7/8 LT's, 2.5" true duals with dynomax bullets at the rear, T56, 12-bolt with 3.73's. Running a Harris Speedworks single nozzle system, currently jetted for 150hp. Right now I have timing pulled in the tune for the spray but going to retune it and throw the timing back in and pull timing with an FTS Timing Tuner when on the kit and step up to a larger shot. They gave you 2 runs for $45, so I just did one N/A pull and one N20 run, I'm pretty happy with the results! My tuner and the Dyno guys think I have a good bit more in it on a good weather day (real humid, over 100* on the dyno), and should be better with the timing back in it too.

Not sure what happened between 3700-4000 on the first pull, they think it was a computer glitch because the car never flinched. He didn't purge the lines well on the N20 run, had a little air as obvious by the hit at 3K lol. I'm really happy with my curve

Nice! I'm doing a 370 LQ9 myself. How do you like the LQ4?

I'm really happy with this setup, it pulls like a freight train and great around town. I drive it everywhere. I'm eventually going to build a boosted motor for her but it might be awhile lol.

Nice numbers! Car is running healthy as well.

Btw, I worked in Eastern Ship Building for about 6-7 months in Callaway. Didnt like that side of town but Panama city and PCB are real nice places. Specially the women in the beach lol

Thanks man, I really want to build a nice single turbo motor for it but that'll be awhile until the 6.0 either goes or I find another project to put it in. Might end up with my old 3rd gen back and it'd be perfect! Need to get her back to the track and get some good runs, I took her out once a few weeks ago to get some baselines, 7.9@95 on motor not getting every ounce out, didn't run on spray that day. Track had been closed for a long time and it was the first day open, no one could get much traction lol. I'm hoping for 7.30's on motor or so once I dial her in and I'll be happy.

In the next week or two, have alot to get done before the end of the month at the shop but want to make it back out there soon. It should have some good rubber down now so hopefully traction will be better, and I'm getting rid of my 555R's and going to a 295 Mickey so that should help too.
