New Dyno Numbers with Janzter TB
I installed the Janzter TB not to long ago and i've been curious to what i may have actually gained. Before the TB i dynoed 344rwhp 353rwtq with a 12.8 a/f. Today i got bored and ran over to Dynotex and threw it on the Dyno. It made 347rwhp 361rwtq but... the a/f was 13.4 The TB leaned it out and it got really bad right around 5300rpm where the HP starting falling like a rock (-30rwhp from 5300 to 6000) We hooked up ls1edit and gave it a bit more fuel up top to straighten the band. After several runs later he fixed it to where it wasn't pinging real bad and everything was perfect
On run number 8 the final numbers were 349rwhp 362rwtq with a 12.6-12.8 A/F.
sooo... a 5rwhp (peak) and 9rwtq(across the entire band) increase with the TB. Not to bad i guess, but not exactly what i expected.
99 M6 T/A
Important Mods:
LT's, ORY, Borla, Lid, Filter & Bellow, ported TB.
Car runs pretty damn strong so i'm happy. Time for ls6 intake + cam and stuff. I went to the track tonight on some nitto's and had a crappy time. The stock clutch hates me now.... Clutch suggestions for a daily driver car that see's the track once every couple months and will hold atleast 450rwhp (future plans)
Thanks for reading my long winded Pictureless post.

On a bolt-on setup, 5 is not shabby.
The TB will pay off as the mods increase.
At least a Z06 clutch, but go for a SPEC III, it works great for daily driving and holds great. The new composite compound design is excellent.

It really didn't pick up any mid range Hp, but the Torque curve completely changed...
Example- Pre-TB = 3000rpm = 300rwtq
After TB = 3000rpm = 340rwtq
I need to find a way post the damn picture... lol
