Rwhp hp loss??

I dyno at around 400rwhp. With 275/40/17. How much hp did I just lose switching to a 295/40/18?? In the rear only went with staggered rims. Still the same size up front

The HP doesn't change when you change gearing, the amount of torque will change a little in your case but you won't notice it.

You might experience a very slight loss due to the heavier tire/rim setup.
