Modded G8 dyno graph and have a question...
How can I use this graph to set my shift points. Right now I am about 68-6850 on the 1-2 & 2-3 and about 6700 on the 3-4. Only one of these pulls worked correct. This is a "little lunati" cam. Anything else I can learn from this graph? Very new to dyno graph and what it has to tell me. Any assistance would be appreciated. This set up has a best of 11.80 @ 118.73 with a 1.795 60' on a stock stall. Is there more in it with adjusting shift points?

I have not tried that. I assumed there was some info here that would help me with shift points. Just not sure what to do with the info. I feel like I may be over reving based on this.

I agree with what was said above. Assuming the other curves look like the single pull that made it past 6500 I'd say 6500 is a good shift point. Try a couple different shift points at the track.

Depends on a few things but somewhere in the mid 6 range is a good starting point for a cammed na setup. The last setup I did similar to your with a livernois stage 2 cam I have set to 6400.

General rule of thumb is a few hundred past peak HP, but the more precise way is to compare the HP at your shift to where it falls to in the next gear like posted above. Whichever keeps you higher in the RPM range will generally be quicker.
If you don't own the tuning software see if your tuner can copy your tune with a few different shift point set ups and come to the track with you. You can just quickly switch between runs and see.
In my case, dropping my shift points didn't make the car faster or slower but I left them lower because it's just less wear and stress on the motor for nothing if it doesn't get faster.

Hello gtp6515. It's Kris with the dark green C5 convertible (formerly white 2011 GT, plus many others). Nice to see you on here.
I would say maybe back the shift points down 100rpm and see if it helps or gets slower. If it helps, try another 100 rpm lower until you find the sweet spot.
