What kind of numbers should I see?
Stock bottom, 1-7/8 TSP headers, fast 92 intake, 92 Nick Williams TB, tsunami v2 cam, stock 853 heads, 411 gears, custom tune. Dyno showed 425 at crank. TSP said I should be closer to 480hp. Bad tune?

Yes, 6 speed. 3 in y-pipe and exhaust. And no, they said 425 at the crank, 3 something at the wheels. Bought a set of 243 heads that I'm having ported and that will help but I'm pretty sure they left a lot of hp on the tune. Having someone else tune it after the head and nos install.

Dyno's vary so much, it's hard to say. I assume this was a Mustang dyno? The only real way to see how much power it's making is to take it to the track and see what type of MPH you see, and what ET you run. Based on those numbers, you can accurately tell what rwhp the car is putting down.

You should be around 425 to the wheels. 425 at the crank seems low for your mods.

If your 60ft was 2.8 you were doing a rolling burn out. Your current heads are holding you back quite a bit. I would guess that you would pick up 20whp or so with stock 243's. Gains from porting will depend on who ports them. I would go with a site sponsor that has tried and true program such as AI,TEA,Texas speed ect. What was your trap speed when you ran?

None of those times make sense man.
I recently went out to the track (unprepped) and ran 1.7 60' and 7.9 1/8 with 11.9 @ 120 with bulk wheelspin.
For you to run 2.8 60' and get flat 8's on 1/8 mile it has to have some ***** when it hooks!
Just don't add up right to me...
