Not to shabby. I bet you would pick up quite a bit with a head designed for bigger CI's

500/500 through a 3.90 12 bolt is VERY nice. 450ft/lbs at 3k rpms is EXCELLENT. I bet that car drives nice!! Curious what kind of MPGs you get on the freeway. Some will say "who cares?" but I say it's a good indicator of how good the combination and tune are. Either way, that graph is really excellent...nice build. Have you weighed your beast?

Numbers seem low to me by a bout 50hp even with a 12 bolt and 3.90. There have been several 416 LS3 block 243 headed cars make 550whp 500wtq with much smaller cams. Guy with a CTS-V made 500 with a 243 headed 416 and a tiny 22x cam. Threads are right here in this section.

However all dynos seem to read a little different. The graph looks impressive...nice tq and carries power well! I bet it runs great. Any plans for a track visit? I am curious to see what it traps.

I still have the stock maf and slp lid, I need to change them.

Yes you do...I picked up 1mph on my little 346 just removing the maf all together. Recently upgraded to a FTP 98mm lid over the winter...curious to see if it gains any this spring when I get the car back out.

Strong powerband.

What LSA on the cam? Also what air filter do you run? Get your induction opened up & you might gain 20+hp on that 427.

The cam is 244/256.620.595.111+3. I use the K&N filter.

I agree those numbers are low. Even without the top end intake, the stock maf is choking it. I bet with that and some bigger headers the cat would pick up a decent amount. That motor is only about fifty who more than my bolt Ellis three did

Nice setup. Definitely has some untapped power left in it. I was really considering going with a LS3 427 or 418 for my new build but decided on a built 347 and 15 psi of boost from a D1SC procharger....I hope I dont regret it over the LS3 stroker.
Id be interested in seeing some track times from your setup.

That's go tell the real story!! Dynos is just a tool for tuning... so don't get discouraged on dyno numbers.
