I REALLY need some help &/or advice from someone in the know.

My problem should be fairly cut & dry to someone who has the experience...Please contact me ASAP!

How about posting the problem. There are alot of knowledgeable people on this forum

Ok but at this point, I prefer to discuss my issue in private with someone knowledgable because the vendor is aware of my problem, and trying to work with me on it. I do need some basis for advice & understanding, as I do trust the vendor, but would like some unbiased opinions as to whats happening here. Please feel free to email me if you can help..
