Default Dyno owners-What do I need to ENGINE dyno a Gen 3.5

Next year I'm going to assemble a LS2 402 stroker.
No big deal, right?
But I want to put it in front of a built 4L80-E. And it seems NOBODY has parasitic loss data on these trannies.
So what I've been thinking is, having the 402 built, and engine dyno it. Then put the setup in my car and chassis dyno it.
But there's some things I don't know, so I'm asking:
What do I need to Engine dyno a PCM controlled engine?
Who can dyno a Gen 3-4 hybrid motor?
How do I dyno it freshly assembled. It won't be back in the car to get its 500 mile break-in?
Do I need to have a rough tune done for the engine dyno, then have another done once everything is in the car?

Any ideas and suggestions will only make this easier and more accurate for my posted results. So please, help me here

Thanks

you need everything it takes to make the engine run, i.e. the PCM, harness, etc. Just like you would for the car. You can tune it on the engine dyno, but will need some more fine tuning when in the car. After you engine dyno it, it will be well broken in.

as long as you heat cycle the springs and then keep the rpms around 3 grand for about half hour you'll be good. rings should seat well enough in this time.
