*Cam - between 230 - 242 / .580 - .625
*Heads - AFR 205 castings "warmed over"
*Fast 90 / MW TB
*Mezierre Pump
*AT Pulley

So there are no power gains by warming over the heads (whatever that is) and adding the bigger cam as compared to the other cars with box stock heads and the AFR 224 cam?

I think KB's is a little more accurate as it takes a specific gasket bore into account as well:

I'm sure the other sight does as well, but you can't enter it yourself. It just assumes a certain bore-probably the cylinder bore.

a med cam that ranges to .625 lift and 242 deg of duration? lol

Nice numbers! I could have been close with you with my A4. We lost N/A 10-15 rwhp with tuning for spray. The 12-bolt and gears cost me, and not being a 6sp. I believe that would have gotten me to 475-490rwhp. Nice set-up! It is nice to see the numbers coming from stock bottom 346. These LS1`s are kicking ***!!

glad to hear it was done on 91 octane and a bit of torco. gives me more hope . still curious to know what the DCR is.

Charlie told me the cam specs that by no means a med cam, there are a few out there with VERY similar specs.....Awesome numbers
