Anyone dyno a T-rex or similar with AFR's yet?

Default Anyone dyno a T-rex or similar with AFR's yet?

I know the T-rex was made for stockers, but I'm just curious if anyone has dyno'd one with AFR's? Or even a cam similar in size? Thanks.

Fireball had AS heads, i think. He put down 454rwhp w/ some issues. im not sure if he re-dyno'd after changing the ICL.

I know that there have been several guys on this board and others that have hit 440+whp cam only. One would hope that any good stage 2 heads should yield 460+ right?

theory doesnt always translate into practice

I dyno'ed 478 RWHP with a TRex on a stock bottom end 346 LS6 Z06 with stg 3 6.0L heads.. This was done through the mufflers on pump gas in florida heat with no dyno tricks.

AFR 205 Heads, Custom Comp Grid Cam 245/249, 569/569, 111lsa, ASP Under Drive Pulley

Pacesetter LT and TSP duals made 453rwhp and 410rwtq ... I know this guy

Why are we comparing AS, GTP or 6.0L when the post asked for AFRs?

We have a few in the 480/450 range with the G5x3 which is substantially smaller than the Trex.

Sorry, Im off on the Tq. That was the older AS LS6 heads that had 450 tq.

The sheet says LG/AFR heads, did you do some work to them, or were they installed "off the shelf?"

I hit 454 RWHP but have picked up 1.5+ mph since that dyno with some other tweeks to the engine.
