Default Any 'tricks' to dyno-ing a 700 rwhp car with Powerglide / 6000 stall??

I've dyno'd my M6 car several times which is no big deal since you basically just wind it up in 4th and mat it. Wondering if there is anything I need to do, or not do, when doing an auto trans car with a big converter.

I'm assuming I just bring the car up to speed in 1st and 2nd, then hammer it around 3000 rpm? Then let it coast back down in gear.

I'd like some input from someone who has done it with a car having similar power.

Thanks,
Craig
