Default WIll this hurt Dyno #'s?

I was told that my 315 will hurt my dyno #'s...is this true?

Also...how much of an hp decrease should I expect going to a 12-bolt 3:73 from a 10-bolt 3:42 rear? thanks in advance guys?

You'll lose about 10rwhp going to a 12 bolt rear end, and I lost 10rwhp by adding wheels/tires that weighed 10lbs more than the previous ones....so that was about 1rwhp for every pound.
