Default choppy dyno graph???

Got my car dyno tuned the other day... If my sig works you will see I have a full bolt on 2002 z28. My question is right around 5000 rpm's my graph gets kinda choppy. About 5 hp up and own. Its nice and smooth all the way up to 5000 then its starts to get choppy. I have no knock or anything like that. The dyno operator asked me if i had stock plugs and wires. I have the tr-55 plugs gapped to .50, but factory wires. He said that better wires should help out some. What do you guys think? Could it be valve float or weak springs? What is your opinion???
