dynod with 100 shot and air lid !! took the car to the dyno, first time spraying ever!! dynod 389.6 whp and 464.8 torque with just a 100shot and air lid on my 98 SS.. good or bad?!

Ive yet to dyno my car with my new mods.
With my 3500stall and 410's i dyno 290rwhp and 295rwtq to the wheels. this was with only those mods hitting the rev limiter. No SAE or corrected #s with no fan in front of my car and 90* temps. Im hoping for 475rwhp and 550rwtq. Only problem is my stock tranny. I'll have to NOT spray through the shifts. Any thoughts?
my nx shot is for 125 right now, will be bumping to 140, then 160 soon
