Default 03 zo6 dyno predictions

Buddy has an 03 zo6 with the tr 230/236,598/601,112lsa with hand ported stock ls6 heads,kooks with no cats, no lid, no tb,no pulley. Its getting tuned by a good tuner with hp tuners. any ideas on numbers?????

390-410 rwhp depending on how well the heads are ported, whether the heads are milled, and how thick of a head gasket used. Add cold air intake, ported TB and pulley and expect to add another 15-20 rwhp.

Wow thats it he was thinking like 440-450hp but i though that was to high. We will find out in a few hours, ill keep it updated

That's a decent sized cam. Most pulley+230s cams pull 420-430 on the LS6 with stock heads. If the heads were slightly ported, that'd make up for the lack of UD.

Like everyone has said....Cam only/full bolt on Z06s routinely dyno in the 410 - 420rwhp range. Add all the boltons and see at least 430 if the heads flow well....
