Those are great numbers. I really like the cam being less than 230 degrees duration. I would love to have that combo in my Z06. Congrats.

Thanks guys - it sure is fun to drive.

I tried to optimize everything, so yes the heads were milled (ordered them from AFR that way). Yes I flycut the pistons. Compression worked out to be between 11.1 - 11.2.

As for inj duty cycle - it is 82% at 6800 RPM at 12.9 AFR. That is from HPT with an LC-1.

Those numbers are SAE Corrected. The uncorrected numbers were even higher. Today was a good dyno day in Houston.

The heads were ordered at 59cc, but when I cc’d them all chambers where very close to 61.5cc.

And yes those are SAE #’s: uncorrected numbers were 484.43 RWHP and 436.92 RWTQ. As noted above today was a nice day in Houston!

I would change out the injectors just to be on the safe side. From what I understand, they don't spray as uniformly as they would under 80%. If that is the case, maybe u can pick up another pony or 2 there.

The cut-outs are after the cats.

Default Cut outs

I have had several questions about the cutouts. I just fabbed up some 3" dumps right before the muffler flanges. It is tight, but after several thousand miles there are no bumps or rattles.

That is a sweet set up. The electric cut-outs being available at the flip of a switch is sweet!

The most impressive part about this set-up is that you could add an EWP and short belt and exceed 485 rwhp.

Your #s are conservative by most standards.

Thanks Guys!

Very Good #'s You and I are like twins, but obviously fraternal, not identical. I guess a lot of power comes outta the Texas Tuners. Hell I drove all the way from Michigan, not once but twice. Love Lg Motorsports.
