Default What kinda power loss would you estimate from this?

i have a comletley differernt combination that I use to, new motor, cam, heads, etc. etc. when i dyno'd with my old combo. i had 10 bolt, 3.42's 255/50/16's now with my new motor, i have moser 12 bolt, spool, 373's and 275 50 15's

wondering how much power the 12 bolt, spool, 373's and 275 50 15's is robbing? obiously im going to take it to the track and see how she does. but just curious what this motor would of put down with the 10 bolt and 342's

Need more info on your setup. Hard to go based off of rear swap/tires only. I'd say that 12 bolt/spool/3.73's will eat up 15+rwhp over the old setup.

I honestly would say about 8-12 hp.
Spool offsets some losses. its way lighter than a posi.

Not to venture off topic here but doesn't the spool eat up less horsepower becuase of both being lighter and because it's a tad more efficient transmitting power through it? I've always thought the gain was two fold. I'm in the process of getting a spool for my Moser 12 bolt and hope to pick up a little bit of power vs the Auburn posi.
