does this sound low? i have mods listed in sig...
i got it dynoed and it only made 388rwhp and 395rwtq
i know because its a stalled auto it wont be that high but is that too low?

Those numbers are not that bad if its an unlocked converter. You would definately be over 400 if you would of had it locked. The real test is to get the car to the track and get some #'s.
