How is it advanced 4 degrees with a 108ICL? You must mean 109.

Retard that cam back to 0. With those gears and your TNT shot, you shouldn't be advancing the cam that much.

What made you go with a 113 LSA?

no i mean 108 on the degree wheel. the cam must have been off about a degree i was lookin for 109 but got 108. i advanced it cause it sees the street now way more than the track and with a kid on the way im not sure how much track time ill realy get in. i will admit that i wish i would have left it at 113 cause im sure it would have made way more like 520, but oh well.
and TONY MAMO and i speced the cam i am very happy with it. i told him what i wanted and this is what he said. i already pretty much had it speced the same in my head so when he said it i went with it.

Gotcha. I'm just surprised you were spec'ed a 113 LSA. Of course, I'm no guru. I'm assuming it was the stressing on the street use over track.

umm it was more the streessing on the 205s on a 402 and 1.75 LTs and that it needed more room to breath on the top. it would have plenty on bottom but would need help moving the air upstairs also, the the use of nitrous called for a wider LSA

but the advancing for 4* was more stressing the street and that was my decision not TONY he wanted +0 and i know he was right on track..... but i wont see the track like i want, need, or told him i would.

Yea, you kind of have a battle between the low LSA for top end and the high LSA for the bottle. Good numbers though. I bet it's fun on the street. I still have to figure out some KR I'm getting from 3k-5k, that's no fun for the street

The higher LSA would give him more top end and less tq. With the smaller 205's the torque was a given though.

98Z28CobraKiller
your right on track, tony and i figured it would need some help in the upper Rs to move some air thus 113 helps with nitrous too. kinda sounds mild for 500RWHP too HEHE sleeper. i also rarely wash it so its alwasy dirty....EI BIG SLEEPER
