Baseline numbers on the LS1/T56 swap
We had a club dyno day on the 3rd, and my wife threw her 67 Camaro on for a few minutes to get some numbers. She didn't take hard 1/4 mile passes though since the trans and rear had less than 200 miles on them. All the days runs are on a Mustang Chassis Dyno that was having some minor cal issues so numbers are relative. With a pretty stock LS1/T56 from an 02 WS6, she got 280hp/365tq at the wheels. This is an LS6 intake, S&P mid length headers and the S&P intake hat (not the best for power, but she likes it). Now to get some mods done! We have a set of Patriot 59cc big valve heads, a set of Crane Dual springs, and are seriously considering the TSP228R. Any chance she would approach 400rwhp with this combo?

Here is her very first time on the dyno. She was afraid to really punish the car, and nervous about the whole experience, but she did it!
