Default New Dyno #s

So i dynoed my bird last monday. Turns out for the last year of having my car boosted, my throttle body has only been opening 62%. We fixed that and then dyno'd it again. Not too bad, but not enough to satisfy my needs yet...
482rwhp/540tq. I will post up the graph when I get home, I'm at work now...

100% tb opening made 482 / 540, what did she make with the tb only opening 62% ?

You got a Dr Torquenstein monster on your hands bro. Do you mind posting a bit of info about your setup ?? How much boost.

Thanks, and no sir, I have no problem posting a bit of info about it. My last dyno run a year ago, at 62% was 446/498. So quite a bit of a difference.

I have an STS turbo kit with a
-gt67 turbo
-FMIC
-walbro 455 fuel pump
-new fuel pressure regulator
-fuel rails
-42# fuel injectors
-FAST LSX 90mm intake/tb
-SLP torque arm
-Nitto 555R drag radials
-160 degree thermostat
-Spec Stage III cluthc/alluminam flywheel
-electronic boost controller
-boost gauge
-aem wideband A/F gauge
-Blow off valve
-iridium spark plugs
-new map sensor
-new 02 sensors
-k&n filter
-slp subframe connector
-edelbrock headers - NEED Longtubes!!
-skip shift eliminator
-TCS reverse module
-driveshaft safety loop
-5.0 short throw shifter.

I ran 93 octane gas on the dyno, and I am pushing 10lbs of boost, but because the turbo is remote mounted, it only hits 10lbs for a second then loses a lb and stays at 9 through redline.

Thanks man, nope, no track numbers. I'm a little hesitant due to my stock rearend. If I brought it to the track I would probably take it easy off the launch, and that wouldn't be worth my 3 hour drive to the track. All we have here is an 1/8 mile.

Thanks for the info. Glad to see you got the TB issue corrected. Probably feels like night and day with all that torque you picked up.

It does. I actually had a return spring from the throttle body fin to where the lid used to be. Now with that off, the throttle response and turbo spool up time is rediculous!
