Hey i have a 99 t/a, i spun a rod bearing 3 months ago. Prior to spinning a rod i put down 348hp/357tq i had pacesetter lt's, lid, 3" ORY, flowmaster muffler, fast 90/90. I had a misthreaded plug which wasn't even showing inside the head after we took it off. I now will have a forged 346, lts,3" ORY, E-CUTOUT, ms3 cam at 113lsa, prc stg 2.5 5.3 heads, lid, fast 90/90, ls7 clutch, ls7 lifters, hardened pushrods. What do you think i will put down with that setup? Also i wanted to port my fast 90/90 and get a electric water pump, and a underdrive pulley. I want to hit 500rwhp n/a, do you think it's possible with that setup? thanks

Since you have built 346ci and you want more power N/A then call TSP and let me mill the heads for more compresstion.

EWP will not give more than a couple of HP sometimes will not help at all (power) but the car will cool down very fast.
Porting the intake and Underdrive pulley will help alot.

I say 450-470rwhp

AFR/TFS/Dart/ETP 205 heads, custom cam, CR 11.5:1, and a nice tune..

Get the compression up higher. It will be a little harder to maintain, but that's the trade off for power.

I am surprised you have dart there. Havn't seen many 500 plus dart headed cars out there if any??? TEA does port them though and that would probibly hit 500.

Full boltons (good set of headers and good flowing exhaust ,pulley ,MAF, Air Lid, EWP)
custom cam or big cam.
Ported Fast 92/92 setup.
Great set of heads matched to the cam and milled for more compresstion.
T56 maybe light clutch and alaminum flywheel.
