Default Speed inc. is superior

I just want to tell my story...... I have an '02 SS. After I got back from Iraq, I installed a FAST 92 combo. I took it to a local shop and got an inferior tune. After taking my car back to the same shop twice, and still not being satisfied, I realized I wanted to have heads and cam installed on the car. But to do this, I knew I had to take it to the best, for the install and tune. I decided on a set of AFR 205's and the SI6 cam. After much research, I decided to drive it 6 hours and drop it off at the most reputable shop I could find. Speed inc. Guys, trust me, spend your money and trust these guys..... After install and tune, my car is top notch!!! I dynoed at a perfect 448RWHP and 402TQ. Larry and Fraser both went above and beyond what was necessary. When I picked it up, I took my girlfriends 14 year old son with me and they gladly took him through the shop and answered every question he had, they spent quality time with him that he'll never forget, I will praise Speed inc. to everybody wanting serious work done to their car. I only wish I knew how to put up the dyno graph, it is as pretty as you want it to be. Thank god for Speed inc.

Drivability is much better than expected!!! I thought it would be undrivable on the 6 hour trip back home but it wasn't like that at all. These guys really did it right!! The only issue I have is the fact that I still have the stock clutch and it's not holding the new power so good. Other than my SS needing an aftermarket clutch to handlle the new power, Speed inc. did an outstanding job!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I just drove the 24 hour round trip with a friend and we drove down over night, got the tune the next morning, and bought his car later that day!! It was a really great weekend to say the least. I would definately recomend the guys at SpeedInc. to anyone and was very happy with their customer service and for getting us in on a short notice. Your car sounds like it would be amazing on the streets!! Here is the link to mine with the dyno sheets: https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamometer-results-comparisons/974691-02-ls6-ws6-dyno-tune-speed-inc-today.html.

After the clutch, i'll look into a rear end. I get the feeling i'll need it. I'm thinking of going with an LS7 clutch. I'd like a Tex but I don't know if it's worth the price difference. I wish I had a video of my car now, it sounds amazing!!

Darrin

We are glad to hear you are enjoying the new setup and we really appreciate the kind words.

The Ls7 clutch would work well with the combo as mentioned, so let me know when you need that.

see graph
