Well Sir it is bad *** but i dont see why they even compare them. Im just saying that the supersnake is not a competitor for the zr1 in any way. It is huge and i give Ford props its nice but why give that much for a led sled. Anyone can produce a high hp car but u have to get your **** together to combine a car into a fine tuned machine. Sorry to annoy you sw07gt

The tubby snake can do some impressive things in a straight line, but that thing has to be like piloting a a half empty tanker truck through a corner at 4000+ pounds. I think that it is just a lot of crap to sell magazines, come on they cant even use the street tires to test, and the ZR1 always has. These cars are designed for different things and should not be compared to each other.

I figured it would be them, but after checking their site I came up with nothing. It should take over 800rwhp to push that car to that trap speed. Smith has piloted numerous 600+rwhp cars to only low 120s, and they were a few hundred pounds lighter.
Edit: found the article. Impressive, but they were quite a bit shy of 137.

Ranger who is well known on the CF just ran a 10.74 @ 129 in a bone stock 06 Z06 With drag radials.That is 220 hp less than the Snake. There is a correction to this post.Another CF member ran a 10.74@ 133.9 mph in a bone stock 09 ZR1 on stock tires.The 2010 has a launch control.I wonder what it can do?

Show me.You're right. It was 134mph, which is still several mph faster than the ZR1...and at 4,000lbs.
The vast majority of LSx owners here aren't even in the 11's yet...but they are quick to flap their gums about how this car doesn't perform.
That's incredible performance for a 4,000lb car that behaves like a stock 300rwhp car.
137mph trap speed for that heavy car seems insane! Maybe I missed it but whats it make to the tire?

Oops 134mph. still very fast for a 4000 pound car. However id say zr1 will win all the way. In ets and espicially 0-180. When the aero factor comes into play and I see alot of zr1 owners say that the car really shines at speeds over 130 soo The zr1 takes the win
