Stock lq4 cam only estimate?

Stock lq4 cam only estimate? Just blew up my ls1 and picked up a stock lq4.Budget is crazy tight since I wasnt prepared for the ls1 to quit during winter and was thinking of rebuilding it later in spring but now that I got the lq4 to replace it I just want more torque...not huge on hp number but curious as to what this is capable of with what I have.
Lq4 is going into my 87 T/A,has ls1 6speed and stock rear with 3.23 gear ls7 clutch.Will be reusing the stock fbody 02 manifolds into my 2.5inch dual catted ypipe to 3inch magnaflow exhaust.I want to put in a tsp 228r cam on a 112lsa with upgraded springs and will be using an ls6 intake for the time being.Im hoping to be close to 340hp and 360tq.
Next year I would look into being up my comp ratio to squeeze more out of it and re-work the heads.

More than what I guessed it to be.But id be happy with that as a base for a simple cam swap.Im doing my build up in stages.Cam,then heads when I can afford tsp ls6 heads..see what it puts down.if I come very close to 400 at the wheel after retune then Ill look into redoing my entire exhaust.This should get my goal of 400rwhp and over 400rwtq.Final step would be 408 stroker kit and put everything back together and hold on.
