Default Gain from E85 over 92 pumpgas on mild H/C/I LS1?

Car makes around 420rwhp SAE on 92 gas now with PRC 5.3 heads, 228R cam, FAST 92mm, and supporting mods including 42lb injectors.

What is the approximate comp ratio with the stage 2.5 5.3 heads on a stock LS1? Has anybody with a similar setup switched to E85 and what were the gains? When I bought the car it had been tuned for E85 and already had the heads and cam but with an LS6 intake, and I had it retuned for 92 pump gas after I switched manifolds as my tuner and I agreed that running E85 probably wasn't worth it at this compression/power level. Now I'm kind of second-guessing this decision and I might get it retuned for E85 again.

Thoughts?

Default

I have those heads and the compression is right around 11 to 1 from what I hear
