Default New PB at Beaver Springs Yestarday for my buddies Bachelor party

Well Yestarday a group of friends of mine went to Beaver Springs for a outting for my buddies Bachelor party about 12 of us were racing our cars. Zturd, SSdreamz, fiirebird, and a few others were along. This was my first time to beaver and had an over all great experience. No waiting to race. I made 10 passes and was letting my car cool down between runs and watching other people race. Only thing I didn't like was there shut down lane was SHORT and downhill. Really had to be on the brakes hard. So as to the racing I have 3 passes worth talking about. I had a couple of 11.5 and 11.7 passes but the here are the good ones.

Best MPH
RT .443
60' 2.123
330 5.180
1/8 7.623
mph 102.35
1000 9.685
1/4 11.394
MPH 133.61

RT .457
60' 2.061
330 5.132
1/8 7.588
mph 102.55
1000 9.668
1/4 11.380
MPH 133.51

Best ET and Best 60' and I missed 3rd Gear
RT .291
60' 1.905
330 4.908
1/8 7.466
mph 97.01
1000 9.591
1/4 11.334
MPH 130.77

I was so pissed that I missed 3rd on that pass it was well on its way to being like a 11.1 or 11.0

Anyways about the car I am still running a 10bolt suprised I didn't break it yet. All stock suspension. Greg Weld Skinnies and some 275 40 R17 MT ET Streets out back. It would spin bad if I tried to launch a little hard so most of them were just me slipping the clutch from the line. Also I was about 3740lb race weight. I have a comple of pics that I will post up later and I know there are come videos around.

Over all it was fun being able to race a bunch of friends and not deal with huge lines

BSD is the best for not having any wait on test & tune days. You can get PLENTY of runs in. Their track isn't the best (even with the "new" surface), but they usually prep it pretty well even on days like that.

I was sooo close to heading up there on Saturday. I would have been surprised to see so many LSx cars. What a good idea for a bachelor party.

Yeah we had a blast. I think I made 10 passes and I was stopping and watching my friends race. Beaver was nice but Maple Grove and Cecil are alot closer for me. Beaver was about 95 miles and maple and cecil are about 50 miles.

The flying center cap is courtesy of me and my 10 bolt snapping it's 2nd left axle in 3 weeks. To bad you didn't get the pic of the track guy ducking when it flew at him. Apparently dead hooking at 1500 will snap an axle where 3 weeks ago 3500 was the breaking point. I am happy to announce that I am the winner of the lowest ET contest the grand prize being a new 9" for the spring time hopefully it will handle my bolt ons engine power
